In partnership with Flip Flop Shops, IRG is developing a new common area retail space franchise model to supplement Flip Flop Shops’ sixty brick and mortar franchises throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

This is new hybrid retail model. The ominichannel kiosks provide customers with products that are available on site. Based on the staff’s consultation with the customer, the staff also places online orders to ship directly to the customer or to the store for optimized convenience.
